1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 16 years or older at the time of entry.
• Entrants must be legally entitled to ride a 50cc equivalent electric motorcycle in the UK. This includes:
  • Holding a valid UK provisional or full driving licence
  • Completing Compulsory Basic Training (CBT)
  • Displaying L-plates, unless the rider has a full motorbike licence
• Proof of age, licence, and CBT may be requested to validate the winner’s eligibility.
• Employees of EC Moto, Edward Charles, their immediate families, agents, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must complete all of the following steps:

• Like the competition post
• Share the post to their own profile or story (must be public)
• Comment on the post using a 🏍️ motorbike emoji and tag @VmotoUK
• Follow the official Edward Charles on Social Meida: @edwardcharles

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

4. Competition Period

• The competition will run for 12 weeks, starting on 01/06/25 and closing at 11:59 PM on 24/08/25.
• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Prize

• One winner will receive a Vmoto TC Wanderer electric motorbike.
• The prize is an ex-demonstration model that has only 5 miles of prior use.
• The motorbike will be in excellent condition and fully road-ready at the time of delivery.
• No cash or alternative prize will be offered.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, EC Moto reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Prize Fulfilment

• The motorbike will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner, or made available for collection if preferred.
• The winner is solely responsible for:
  • Insuring the motorbike
  • Registering it with the DVLA
  • Taxing the vehicle
  • Complying with UK road laws, including the use of L-plates (if required) and completing CBT

8. Publicity

• By entering, the winner agrees to allow EC Moto to use their name, photo, and a brief quote for publicity purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials.
• No additional compensation will be provided for this promotional use.

9. General Terms

• EC Moto reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Vmoto UK.
• By entering, participants release Instagram and any tagged parties from liability associated with the competition.
• By submitting an entry, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

10. Legal Responsibility

Riders must wear appropriate safety gear and comply with all UK road traffic laws.

EC Moto accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of using the prize.

It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they are qualified and legally entitled to ride the Vmoto TC Wanderer on UK roads.
